Tony Babarino is a Professional Personal Trainer with over 24 years experience and very educated in exercise & functional fitness.

Tony is  Certified Kettlebell Coach by the American Kettlebell Club (AKC) where he learned the Kettlebell Sport from Russian champion Valery Fedorenko.

Functional fitness, in short, is the ability to handle the body in all three dimension with or without added resistance, with minimal effort and resisting injury (when things don’t go as intended). Sounds too simple, right? Well, functional training can take you from where you are to where you want to be. An intelligent and incremental approach to training is programmed around realistic movement patters, ie-on your feet while using your hands, instead of just trying to break a sweat. It’s always about training toward a goal, not just ‘working out’. Therefore, with functional training, there is  purpose in the exercise with appropriate challenges and measurable successes over time, with course-corrections along the way to keep you on track.

Simply put:  When Tony trains a client, two words are on the fore-front of his mind: “Safely Successful”.

With his education over the last two decades, he provides a wealth of effective information to make your training as convenient and successful as possible. No one has all the answers, and training programs are based on assessing and guessing. Tony has many options to make the best ‘guesses’ possible based on his years of real-life experience and continuing education in assessing and program design.
