This is one of the most gentle exercises  there is and it trains the number one thing you need before anything  else in fitness: balance, while moving! Don&#8217;t become frustrated if you  find this exercise difficult. Take the time to become good at it! As  they say, if you can do it, you should. If you can&#8217;t, you better!</p>
